Anyone remember the awful frames look in websites from the 1990s. Most of the Internet was grateful when this horrid design concept finally died a long-overdue death.
Then just when you thought the Internet was safe from nausea-inducing web designs, Quartz comes along and attempts to revives frames.
We don’t recommend that you actually visit Quartz and try to read it unless you have taken a sea seasickness pill first and have a vomit bag handy.
